In 2003 Office Outlook I was trying to export a contacts folder and it
exported incorrectly (without addresses).  So when I tried it again I
accidently imported instead of exporting and I now have a list of
Address-less contacts.  Is there any way to recover what I've done?

Not unless you have a backup of your data before the import.
