How did you search? What are the EXACT steps you used?  SignatureBrian Tillman I have had this issue on occasion. The problem turned out to be some wierd way OL actually handled the Contact's name. Have you tried Find in OL? If you have trouble finding it this way try bits and pieces of the Contact's name. Once you find it check how itis filed by looking at "File As."
