I can insert a contact.  But I cannot edit the contact
once it has been saved from the insert.  When I open the
contact and make the changes and click save and close I
get the following error:  "The Item could not be saved
because it has been changed by another user or in another
window.  Do you want to make a copy in the default folder
for the item"  

Does anyone know what causes this problem.  There isn't
anybody else editing the item and it isn't opened in
another window.
