MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / October 2005How send contact list e-mail without showing EVERY name in "TO"
I have several large contact lists (300-400 e-addreses) stored as "Contacts" each list with a unique name on Outlook. How do I send to that unique contact list by list name and NOT have EVERY e-mail name on the list appear in the "TO" heading by the individual recipient? Use the BCC field. You can put anything you want in the To: field.
