I have several large contact lists (300-400 e-addreses) stored as "Contacts"
each
list with a unique name on Outlook. How do I send to that unique contact list
by list name and NOT have EVERY e-mail name on the list appear in the
"TO" heading by the individual recipient?

Put the list in the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field instead of the To or CC
field when sending

Use the BCC field. You can put anything you want in the To: field.
