Gmail just recently added a feature to export contacts to a comma seperated
value (CSV) file.  After saving the CSV to the desktop, i open outlook.  I go
to file>Import/Export>Import from another program or file.  I click on import
CSV for windows or import excel, and i get a box telling me i need to install
the feature.  I insert the disc, but it says there is an error installing.  I
have searched Microsoft office downloads and have come up with nothing.  If
anyone can help me, that would be awesome.

Post the installation error clearly in an office group.

The error is:
Error 1706.  Setup cannot find the required files.  Check your connection to
the netork, or CD-ROM drive.  For other potential solutions to this problem,
see C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\1033\SETUP.CHM

This is not an office group. That's where they handle office installation
problems.
