MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / October 2005viewing delegated contacts list in folder list pane
I have been delegated access to another user's contacts and calendar. Is there anyway to have the contacts and calendar appear on the folder list view? I am only able to view my own contacts, calendar and folders. The other user will need to grant you at least Reviewer permissions to the root of his mailbox, and then if you add the mailbox to your Outlook profile you should be able to see all the folders you've been given access to.
