I have made a mess of importing addresses to my outlook contacts, which now
has many double entries. Is there an easy way to delete all the contacts so i
can import again and this time get it right!

many thanks in advance

Open the Contacts folder.  Select one.  Select them all with Ctrl-A.  Press
Delete.

Now, if I may be so bold, import from what source?

Hi Brian

I now feel a complete twit! I did not realise the solution was so simple!!

I had imported the addresses from Outlook Express, but somehow it was
displaying them Sir Name first and it was when I tried to fix the problem
again by importing a second time I got things really muddled.

Now I will make sure Outlook is configured to show first name - last, before
I import.

Thanks once more
