While trying to remove a name from a distribution group in my address book, I
accidentally deleted the entire group of names and addresses. These addresses
were not part of my Contacts.   How can I recover this list?  Thank you for
your help.

I made the same mistake.  It's easy to do.  Just click on that "X" to get
rid of one name and now the whole durned list is gone. Your deleted
Distribution List should be in the Deleted Items folder, assuming that you
have not emptied it.  But you might not see it at first.  In OL 2003 click
on Go, Folder List and select your Deleted Items.  That's where I found my
accidentally deleted distribution list.  Hope this helps.
