Outlook Contacts, add provision for babies

Would be great if you can add babies to contact names in Outlook.  
This way can remember birthdays for them aswell.

Also great if you can link contacts to show they are married, or were
married !!!

Just help navigation around the contacts book.

You can link contacts - open a Contact - that's what the button in the
bottom left corner "Contacts" does.
