It has been a while since I have worked with Outlook 2000
and I have a client that has it and wants to setup Outlook
Pubic Folders Contact/Journal to be a simple CRM package.

Does anyone know of any reference material that deal
strictly with Outlook Public Contacts and their
functionality with Journal as a Contact Management
System. I though there was a WhitePaper or some other
such document describing the best ways to use these
features - in competition with Goldmine, or Maximizer etc.

I meet with the client at the end of the week and would
really appreciate being brushed up on it my then, so any
assistance would be helpful. Thanks!!
