I am a new user to Outlook 2003. When I try to add to my contact list, I get the error stating "Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values not valid". Standard experiments: 1) Run the Inbox Repair Tool (SCANPST.EXE) on your message store, if it's a PST (Personal Folders file). 2) Run Help>Detect and Repair. 3) Create a new mail profile (http://www.howto-outlook.com/Faq/newprofile.htm).
