How can I include all contacts with the same job title into one distribution list? > How can I include all contacts with the same job title into one > distribution list? When I select the job title and then the action..new message to contact, all I get is the one person. Why not just group by Job Title and avoid the duplication of effort involved in assigning categories that are the same as the Job Title?
