HI,
we are using SBS2003 and Outlook 2003, our groups of users use a public
folder for the shared addresses, is there a way of setting Outlook so
that when you right click the sddress of a new contact and select "save
to contacts" it goues to the public folder list and not the personal
contacts list? I have tried "address book" > "tools" > "options"  >
"keep personal addresses in" but that does not seem to do what we want.

Thanks

Colin

No, that's not an option. Show users how to use the File | Move to Folder command to save a newly created contact to a public folder.

I thought that that was the case, thanks for confirming

I don't think so.  The Save to Contacts option assumes your default Contacts
list as the destination.
