How do I remove auto fill contacts from outlook messages?

When I start a new outlook message, my frequent senders are filled in
automatically. I want to remove outdated email contacts, but I do not know
how to do this.

use the arrow key to select and press Del.

Selecting the unwanted entry and pressing the delete key will remove the
entry from the autocomplete file.  For a more robust solution, you may want
to review a third party utility at www.ingressor.com
