I imported an excel file into outlook. Half of the files showed up in my
contacts, but the half didn't. I can't figure out why only half worked.
There is no change in information between those imported and those not.

The most likely explanation is that your named range covered only half the rows.

So how do I change the range to include all of the contacts

Create a few contacts in Outlook and export to Excel. Compare Outlook's
output and your own and massage your file accordingly.
