Ok so I have a user who is experiencing quite a weird issue. His
Contacts folder is showing as a subfolder to his Calendar. I realize
that Outlook is listing the folders in his mailbox alphabetically, but
I can't move the Contacts folder, and by default (fresh) install of
Office/Outlook, it arranges it this way

Start Outlook with the /resetfolders switch. More information casn be found
using Outlook 2003 F1 help - use command line switches for search criteria.:
