Is there a setting or an add-in or something that would let th
autocomplete function pull from my contacts? I'd love to be able t
start typing someones name (whom I haven't emailed before) and i
give me options from my Contacts folder
For those of you who've used Thunderbird, it does exactly what I'
looking for

This isn't exactly what you're asking, but if you press CTRL+K after you
start to type a name or e-mail address, Outlook will check your contacts
folder for possible matches, and when you select one to use, Outlook should
save that resolution for future use.

No.

Not a setting per se. We have a third party utility that will let you
automatically copy your NK2 autocomplete data to a contact folder. However,
if you haven't emailed them before they won't be in your autocomplete file.
