okay i know this would be very easy if i only had a handful of addres
books but i got tons on books for multiple users. we recently switche
to Outlook, i have over 25 user's address books, which have outsid
contacts' information, so all the users' books are different
what i need to do is remove the previous email server's configuartion
to the email addresses (ex: internet:someone@microsoft.com needs to b
converted to someone@microsoft.com)
what i know works is exporting the book to excel, doing a replace an
this will remove all references in all email address of th
internet
so my question is: is there a way to export multiple books to excel a
once or is there another way of being able to do this formatting t
more than 1 book at once
any help would be greatly appreciated, i'd hate to do each one on a
individual basis and have to keep repeating all the steps. thank
again

The address books are only a "view" of the Contacts folder. Export the
contact folder, not the address book to fix.
And, no, there is no method that I know of that would combine all 25 contact
folders into one exported file.
