My company provided me a new laptop with Outlook 2003 already installed.  I
have imported old contacts successfully.  However, I now have only have one
export option:

File / Import and Export /  Export to a File / Personal Folder File (pst)

I need more options as I use to have.  Any ideas why I only have one export
option?

Maybe the converters weren't installed.

I solved my problem another way.  I use Mobile Phone Tools to download my
Outlook Contacts into my cell phone.  Unfortunately, Mobile Phone Tools is on
a different computer that uses Outlook 2002.  I used Outlook 2003 to create
an Outlook 2002 compatible Personal Folder:

File / New / Outlook Data File / Outlook 97-2002 Personal Folders File (pst)

Thanks anyway.
