Allow bluetooth connection for outlook from PDA

Then as Compaq to make it possible.  Or use Activesync to do this using USB
or IR.

If it would be nice, set it up.  Many of the iPAQs are capable of doing
that.  Read your instructions and ActiveSync's Help.
