Transferring The Catergories List - How?

I have built a rather extensive Category list on my desktop, I'd like
to add it to a laptop so that thye are the same.  What's the name of
the file and where do it live?

Great, I got the first part done, the backup of the registry, but I
don't see how to transfer it over to the laptop.  The provided
directions are not specific to OUTLOOK 2003, and I don't see how to do
it.  I know you'll point me in the right direction...so, THANKS! Maybe
the fact aht I have been up and doing this stuff for 26 hours is
effecting my abilities...NAH!!!
