Outlook Mail

Periodically, I can't figure out the trigger, Outlook sends itself a letter.
No address, no subject, therefore I don't believe it is going out and back
via the internet. However, it does show up as a blank note in my inbox with
new mail notification.
Has anyone had a similar experience or more importantly a fix.

have you looked at the message header to verify Outlook is sending it? If
not, how do you know it's not being downloaded during a mail check?
