In Outlook 2003 I have printed the contact list using the "address card"
view.  Using the "address card" view, I would like to print separate lists
for each category, one for "business", one for "church", one for "personal"
etc.    How can this be done?

Use the By category view to separate your Contacts and use a mail merge from
Outlook to print each category.
