Retrieving Lost Field Data Outlook Contacts 2003

I have somehow lost all my email addresses (3000+) in my current contacts
folder but they are still there in my backup folder.  My current folder has
been extensivley updated.  What would be the most efficient way to map the
emails from the backup folder to the full name in the current folder without
loosing or adding any other data to the current folder?

If you mean you have names, mailing (not email) addresses, phone numbers,
and such in one Contacts folder and you have email addresses for those
contacts in another and want to merge the two, a third-party tool may be
your best bet.  See if something here helps:
