I want to print my address book with just the name and home and business
phone numbers.  I want to print to day-timer note pads that are 3 3/4 x 6
3/4, but it seems the only way I can do this is in table or memo form.  My
boss has done it in the past and he gets an address book with alphabetical
headings and it all fits on this daytimer.  Can you help me keep my job?

Thanks Julie

You would use a mail merge to a directory for this. Outlook uses Word for
performing mail merge functions. For an overview of these functions take a
