Can't get address book to display a Contact's E-mail 2 and E-mail

I am currently working with Outlook 2003. When the address book pops up
after clicking on the 'To' button of a new email it only lists the primary
e-mail adress of each contact. On previous versions of outlook the 'e-mail
2' and 'e-mail 3' addresses for each contact were also listed. This was
particularly useful for contacts who had a work email stored in the 'e-mail'
field and their personal email address stored under the 'e-mail 2' field. I
could quickly select either from the address book. Does anyone know how to
get outlook 2003 to satrt listing these additional contact e-mail addresses
in the address book?

Nothing changed in Outlook 2003. It always displays all of the electronic
addresses for each Contact in the Outlook Address Book view. They just
aren't labeled as "Email 2" etc.
If yours is not, you will need to provide information on how you migrated
your data and configured the Outlook Address Book Service.

I edited all of these addresses on my pocket PC (windows mobile) which were
then synchronised with outlook. After reading the post below, I opened the
contact up in outlook on the pc and cut and paste the email adresses back in,
saved the contact and now it works fine. I'll have to do this for all the
other contacts. I guess it's just one of those odd things!

It's not an odd thing. It's end user error. You should never be
synchronizing in such a way that you corrupt your original data store.
Restore from backup. If you do not have a backup, restore manually and start
creating backups of your data if you are uncertain about how to synchronize.
