Hello,

I would like to take 40 email addresses in an email I have received and add
them to a distribution list all at once. Is this possible and if so, what is
the procedure to perform this action.

You can use a program called Email Address Collector. It can extract
emails from your received emails and add them to a distribution list
all at once. It has other useful features like automatically eliminate
duplicates from the extracted contacts and advanced filters for
collecting only the desired email addresses.
