In Outlook Contacts, when I enter a person's e-mail address and fax number,
Outlook then asks me which I want to use when sending that person a message.
I only want to send people e-mail through Outlook, not faxes. Please offer an
option that allows Outlook users to switch off fax numbers as a choice when
sending messages.

Hi jbl20001

Have a look on this site:
http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/nofax.htm

for solutions to hide faxnumbers in Outlook.
