How do I update a contact on all users in our network at one time

When a contact is added, deleted, or changed I want the information to be
changed in all users of our peer-to-peer network. So, if a salesman changes
his contact, it gets changed automatically in everyone else's here in our
office. Can this be done and if so, how? Thank you for any easy help you can
give me.

What Outlook version are you using?

So I think you have no Exchange Server installed.

What you will need is a "Outlook sharing" solution. For different Outlook
versions you have different solutions.
