I would like to be able to transfer my Outlook 2003 Contact information on my
work computer to the Contacts section on Outlook 2003 that lives on my home
computer.
I'd welcome any advice on how I can accomplish this.

Create an Outlook data file (PST file) and copy your Contacts into it.
Open that PST file in the other installation and retrieve the data you want.
