I am using Outlook 2002 and when one of my users e-mails his wife she can add
him to her contacts and then she can click on activities and view all of his
e-mails even if she was not part of that e-mail. She also said that she can
view his calendar. We do not have his e-mail account shared. Also his wife is
using Outllook 2003 and we are on 2002.

Is she seeing info that's store on the local machine? I don't want to make
assumptions so are the couple working in the same office?

The activities tab gathers info from the local machine or Exchange Server
that the user is connected to.

Vince,
Hoping you can shed some light on something I'm struggling with...
Can an Outlook client see the email activity on the Activities Tab of a
Contact that is to/from a different Outlook client?
Environment:
Exchange Server 2003 and Outlook 2003.
The Contacts will be stored in a Public Folder on the Exchange Server.
So, when, for example, I go to a Contact, I'd like to go to the Activities
Tab and see any emails that were sent to or received from that Contact by me,
or anyone else's machine (that is also connected to the Exhange Server).
Thanks in advance!
It's a deal breaker for a custom form application we've put together for a
client.
