I have a list of homeowners for my Homeowners Association that I wan
to keep in Outlook contacts list. It is currently in Excel and
have numerous fields that don't direclty map to fields in Outlook.
The name, addresss, phone email fields map fine but fields lik
whether the lot is developed or not, differentiation between mailin
address versus property address, date the owner purchased th
lot/house etc don't map well. Is there a way to make them ma
automatically to a custom field
O
Is there a way to have a folder in Outlook that brings up that addres
list in its native Excel format that looks decent

OUtlook will not import custom fields.

The fields aren't custom fields. I exported all the fields to the
spreadsheet so that I wouldn't encounter a problem with "custom fields". It
will export 86 of the 215 contacts I have in the spreadsheet. It's as if
there is a limit.

As Milly said, Outlook doesn't support importing to custom fields. You'd have to write custom code or use a third-party application. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/customimport.htm.
