I set up Outlook to synch with a Palm device using the sub-folders feature.
However, now I can't view all contacts in Outlook.  So my search function is
now rendered useless....so is my address book.  So now I have to know which
sub-folder the contact is in in order to do a search.  How do I set up
Outlook to be able to view all contacts (for lookups), yet retain the
convenience of sub-folders?

Thanks,

Doug

Use categories instead. If you haven't enabled the folders as address books,
do that - it might help, but categories are really the best way to manage
contqacts.
