I have imported some contact into a public folder from an Excel spreadsheet.
I am viewing the contacts By Company.  When I choose Actions, New Contact
from Same Company I expect the new contact to be placed underneath the
existing company heading but instead it creates a new company heading.  I
have made sure the file as is set to company, lastname, firstname but still
no joy.  The only way I can get it to work is by copying and pasting the File
As info from the original contact.

Can anyone help?  This is driving me mad.

Thanks

Anita

Is the company name exactly the same - including embedded, trailing &
leading spaces?
