The address book contains multiple feilds - please allow me to chose which
ones I see in the address book.  Name, e-mail, Business phone, and Home phone
are too limitiing.  I need to see where they work and other information that
I've got on them at a glance.  And I need to be able to sort them by
different fields.

Frequent request which has been consistently ignored for years. The reason:
the Outlook Address Book is not intended to provided highly customized views
of your Contacts. That's what Contact Folder Views are for. You can
customize those to your heart's content.
