We need to access our contacts by going under the folder option and expanding
our Public Folder (G drive on our network) to access our contacts in Outlook.
We can copy our contacts to the Contact folder in Outlook but they won't
update when a person adds a new contact or makes a change.  I don't mind
hitting the folder button and getting it that way but other people in the
office find it annoying.  Help!

Add those folders to Public Folder Favorites.
