Selecting Contacts to be added to Email BCC field

When I send a note to a short list of contacts, I normally do the following:

Select the contacts I want to send email.

Click "New Message to Contact" speed button.

Cut-N-Paste all of the "To" field to the "BCC" field. I don't think it is
good to have the names and email addresses viewable by the recipients.

I change the "To" field to a company email address otherwise the emails
appear to the people in the BCC list as being from and to me.

Is there any way to streamline this process?

Russ,

Since the few contacts I want to send a message to differ each time I send I
do not believe a distribution list would help. I did look through the help
for distribution lists and I will use one when I send to all of my clients
of a certain category.

Agreed. If DL's don't work, then the process you are using is as streamlined
as it can get. You should enter this as a feature request. I have for years.
