We have a few Outlook Contact folders that are used by many different
people, is there a way to have everyone see the same Category list? When we
add to the "master" list it only affects the profile used, no one else gets
the same list.

It would appear that the list is in OUTLLIBR.dll, but of course to edit that
file and then distribute to everyone ,as it is different for each
Profile............... well there must be a better way.
Anyone know of one?
