First, thanks so much for your reply, and for making it "understandable".
I'm by no means a computer expert, and tend to get a bit confused with a lot
of the lingo. Yes, I was accessing through Comast's site if that answers
your question. There was something about exporting, but I couldnt get
anything to work right???? Suggestions?

What are their options for exporting and what did you try? If their page
with instructions is public (i.e. you don't have to sign into a Comcast
account to read it), I will be happy to look it over for you.
