Is there a way to do a "mass" file as change in Outlook ?

I am trying to change my Outlook Contact so they are filed by the company,  
not by the contact at the company.  

I am doing this currently by opening each indivdual contact and changing the
"file as" from the person to the company.  

Is there a function that can do this so I don't have to go into each contact ?
