PDA-Outlook sychronization and contact journal

I just successfully synched Outlook to my Palm. But I was unable to open the
journals for my contacts on the PDA. Is this not possible or do I just not
know how to do it?

You would need to consult the Palm documentation for that option. It is out
of Outlook's hands once it is on the Palm.
