When I try to forward a contact as a vCard I receive two errors:

Title Bar- "CiceroUIWndFrame:OUTLOOK.EXE-Entry Point Not Found"
Message- "The procedure entry point StrTokEx could not be located in the
dynamic link library MSOERT2.dll."

I hit 'OK' and get the second error:

Title Bar-"Microsoft Office Outlook"
Message-"A required component is missing: WAB32.DLL. Please install
Microsoft Office Outlook again."

I have already completely removed Office and reinstalled and still receive
this same error.  I have also gone so far as to remove office, rename the
WAB32.dll to WAB32.dll.old and reinstalled again.  Ran all office updates and
still receive error. Please help.

What version of IE do you have installed on the machine? Also, do you have
Outlook Express installed since those errors seem to be coming from OE DLLs

I have the latest IE version 6, all critical updates have been installed
regarding IE.  I have looked for Outlook Express in the Add/remove programs
list but do not see it...I have removed it within the Add/Remove Windows
Components though.

You need to add it, though since Outlook depends on some of it's DLLs

Ok, I readded it through the Add/Remove Windows Components and when I try to
launch it to make sure it works I get this error:

"Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be loaded."

I then tried reinstalling it by running the ie6setup.exe and then updating
it through MS Updates and I still get the same error as this one and the
other previous two.

I also tried copying the .dll files from other computers that I know work
but this does not resolve the issue.  I'm about ready to reimage this whole
thing...do you have any other ideas?  Thanks for the help so far.
