I have the latest IE version 6, all critical updates have been installed
regarding IE. I have looked for Outlook Express in the Add/remove programs
list but do not see it...I have removed it within the Add/Remove Windows
Components though.

You need to add it, though since Outlook depends on some of it's DLLs

Ok, I readded it through the Add/Remove Windows Components and when I try to
launch it to make sure it works I get this error:
"Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be loaded."
I then tried reinstalling it by running the ie6setup.exe and then updating
it through MS Updates and I still get the same error as this one and the
other previous two.
I also tried copying the .dll files from other computers that I know work
but this does not resolve the issue. I'm about ready to reimage this whole
thing...do you have any other ideas? Thanks for the help so far.
