I created a new contact and want to be able to email the whole file to an
associate. We are not networked together. How do I email not just 1 contact
but the whole contact file?

Thank you

Try this:
- create a new PST file using the File menu > New > Outlook Data File
command
- Copy your Contacts folder into that new set of Personal Folders
- Close the new set of Personal Folders (right click on the root of the
Personal Folder, choose Close)
- Exit Outlook
- Restart Outlook
- mail that file to your associate

They can then:
- save that PST file to their hard drive from the email you sent
- open the file using the File menu > Open > Outlook Data File command
- Drag/Drop the data into their set of folders
