It would be terrific, and currently a great frustration, to be able to highlight everyone in the To field and then right click and select Create A New Distribution List. > It would be terrific, and currently a great frustration, to be able to > highlight everyone in the To field and then right click and select > Create A New Distribution List. You can come close. Highlight all the addresses, right-click and choose Copy. Then, back Outlook's main window, click New>Distribution List. Give it a name.
