What is the record layout for contact list in Outlook 2000. I want to export
club members stored in Excel to Outlook for mass mailings and currently have
a worksheet with name in Column A and email address in Column B.

If you have any contacts in Outlook right now, export them to a spreadsheet
and look at the format. You can then modify the club member sheet to
conform.
