I have created a second contacts folder which is project-specific and needs
to be shared among several other users. However even though I have set up the
appropriate sharing permissions, the other users can only "see" my main
Contacts (and only if I share it). How do I share this other folder called
"Contacts-Project". I am sure I used to do this very easily in Outlook 2000.
Help would be appreciated.

Is the new folder in your mailbox?  If so, you need to give the others
Reviewer access to your mailbox and whatever permission you want to the new
folder.
