When I (outlook 2003) send my contacts to my friend (outlook 2000) she can open them, but she cannot save them in her contacts list. The same goes for distribution lists. How should this be done? They appear in the attachment and she can open them. They appear in > the attachment and she can open them. That doesn't answer the question, though. Are you using Rich Text, HTML, or Plain Text for your message format? Instead of opening the attachments, can she drag them from the message to her Contacts folder? > Another strange thing is that she cannot select addresses from her > contacts, they do not appear on her address book only the GAL.
