Try using the Tools | Mail Merge command to create a list in whatever format you want.

Thanks Sue but that is not what I want to do. I want to email a report of the
Contact List itself to a distribution list that I have set-up. Outlook can
print formatted reports of the Contact List. I want to email the formatted
report - not print it or use it in the Mail/Merge function.
The Contact List is a roster for an organization that I belong to. I want to
send (via email)a copy of the roster to all members (350 members).

Open the document in Word and click File>Send To>Mail Recipient (as
Attachment).
