When sending an e-mail to my distribution list via BCC each contact is
receiving 2-3 copies of it. I am 100% sure that I am only hitting send 1
time; I have also tried expanding the list by clicking the + button  - this
worked for about 2 e-mails but now the problem is back. This is obviously not
very good for business!!!!!! Does anyone know a way to fix this.???????

The most common causes of this are 1) scanning outgoing mail with an
antivirus scanner, which is pointless, 2) a server timeout value that's set
too low, and 3) a send/receive interval that's too small.

do have Trend Micro and it is set to NOT scan outgoing mail so I will look
into your other 2 suggestions.
