How do I put backup copy of Contactsbackup.pst into address book

I found out how to back up my contacts from my address book but I haven't the
faintest idea how to put them back in again and I need it yesterday.

Explain what you mean. Nothing is stored in an address book in Outlook.
How did you back up your Contact data?
